more. The turnovers are more than millions per year. Usually, they
must be done by plastic printing specialist. Now, you can use our
system with normal paper press or from any 3rd party paper printing
to produces high quality printed plastic / lenticular sheets. It
gives normal paper printers an additional way to earn high profit
production without huge investment and plastic products manufactures

The NS-LP-200A is a multi-purpose production plant for printed soft plastic sheet, printed soft lenticular sheet, semi-rigid lenticular / pattern embossing. It consists of embossing unit (embossing machine, embossing plates, water cooler), and soft plastic pre-processing unit (gluing machine, laminator and manual cutting machine). The system designed to be highest quality embossing, cost-effective (lowest power consumption / lowest heat during processing), durable and reliable embossing. The system does not contains any printing equipment but make use of normal paper offset printers for nearly paper printing quality printed soft plastic printing productions. You can use your existing paper press for printing or from any 3rd party printing company.
The embossing unit consists of embossing machine (with 1 or 2 embossing plates), separate oil tank with two individual hydraulic pumps to provide high power, low power consumption and low maintenance. The separate oil tank is connected with the control box, which is beside the main embossing machine with the oil pipes connected to the cylinder. A water cooler is connected to the middle bed of embossing machine to provide cooling of semi-rigid lenticular sheet / pattern sheet cooling down. It’s is NOT required for the production of soft PVC lenticular sheet.
The embossing unit requires 1-2 authorized / trained workers to operate. And the soft PVC pre-processing unit requires 3-4 authorized / trained workers to operate. But it is possible for the systems to be operated 24 hours a day continuously by shift working. You have to make sure the power supply is stable and all the motors / moving parts are not over heated and well lubricated.
The embossing unit can produce around 800-1000 sheets / 8 hours working. The soft PVC pre-processing unit can produce around 8000 sheets / 8 hours working. * Standard printable size is 15” x 20” and embossing size is around 21” x 16”.
