1. Can I obtain FREE samples?

Answer: Yes, but you have to provide your forwarder details (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc), your account details (account name, account number), and an email / letter saying that you will accept freight collect package from New Systems.

2. Can I pay for the courier charges for FREE sample?

Answer: Yes, you can pay US$40 (for air parcel), or US$60 (for EMS parcel) for the samples pack including shipping using PAYPAL (www.paypal.com) or WesternUnion (www.westernunion.com) or CASH. The sample charge is refundable if you order US$600 (not including shipping) or above in future.

3. What is included in the sample pack?

Answer: We will include A5-A4 size 100LPI, 75LPI, 50LPI, 25LPI, 3D25LPI and 20LPI lens; Self-adhesive tape (few sheets); and some printed samples.

4. Can I obtain specific samples?

Answer: Yes, you can require specific samples for testing or quality inspection. Please contact us for the cost calculation.

5. If I want to order goods, what should I do?

Answer: Send us an inquiry email through «this link». Once we received your inquiry, we will give you Proforma invoice with different shipping options, total cost, payment options, leading time, etc.

6. Do you keep the stock?

Answer: Yes, we have our partnership production plant in Taiwan and China. We have stock most of the time for popular products such as 75LPI.
