Introduction

LenPitch™ is an advanced lenticular pitch test stripe generator (or alignment bar generator). It features many unique settings and most flexible control to match the lenticular image you generated. It is the most precise pitch checking with the same image you have on the same lens. We also use the same engine of LenPC™ to give you fastest working speed.

Features
1. Generate loss less BMP file output. BMP can be converted to any popular file format.
2. Information display on left bottom corner allows you to read important parameters in the pitch stripe you made such as pitch or LPI, number of frames, width of black line.
3. LenPitch™ can generate up to 1/10000 setting of the pitch in LPI or in mm. This allows generation of the most accurate image file that match the lens especially for flip-flop type multi-views type image.
4. The bitmap generation algorithm and engine are the same as we used in LenPC™, so the image that generate by LenPitch™ is 100% compatible with LenPC with the same setting of frames. That can minimize the error between different dpi image file or different frames pitch test file.
5. The LenPitch™ test result works for all lenticular systems.
6. LenPitch™ can be used for generation of black alignment bars used in type setting.
7. Adjustable number of frames, the width of black line, width of test stripe, height of test stripe, pitch in mm, pitch in LPI and output filename.
8. LenPitch™ can be used to generate largest pitch test pattern up to 30,000 pixels X 30,000 pixels. That’s around 2.4 Meters X 2.4 Meters 20LPI lens with 16 frames.
9. Highest speed engine, the generation of 2.4 Meters X 2.4 Meters 20LPI 16 frames pitch pattern in around 4 Mins and the output file is 1.2GigaBytes!!!
