Order - F.A.Q.

This is the F.A.Q. related to ordering of samples, materials and D.I.Y. Packages! If you have any query and couldn't find the answer here, pleaseContact Us.

• Can I obtain FREE samples?

  Yes, you should order one of sample packs from us. And you can get full deduction when you order in future. We do not accept the request of free samples only because we receive too many free samples inquiries.

• What kinds of sample packs available?

  We have lens sample pack P1, glue sample pack G1, lens and glue sample pack PG1, offset printed sample pack F1, P121-100S 100LPI lens 10 sheets sample pack, P121-75S 75LPI lens 10 sheets sample pack and P121-50S 50LPI lens 10 sheets sample pack. All other quantity or combined order can be obtained by regular order.

• If I want to order goods, what should I do?

  You can use our online ordering pages and select the items you want to order and send your order by our contact us form. Once we received your order, we will calculate the total cost with different shipping option and send you a proforma invoice for payment.

• What kinds of shipping options available?

  We can do different kinds of shipping. Usually for order less than 100Kg should use sea parcel (4-8 weeks), air parcel (6-10 days) or EMS speedpost (2-4 days) offered by Hong Kong Post office. For larger order, we can arrange air freight (2-4 days) or sea freight (3-5 weeks) by shipping agent. We can also arrange Fedex, Aramex shipping but the cost is higher.

• Can I use my own shipping forwarder for flight collect shipping?

  Yes, you are welcomed to use your own shipping forwarder or courier to do freight collect shipping. All the prices we quoted are ex. work so you need to arrange the pick up from our office in Hong Kong. For the production we do in Taiwan and China, we do not accept freight collect or pick up from our factory. The shipping must be done by us but you are welcomed to provide your shipping agent's quotation for reference.

• Can I secure my order to against major damage or lost during shipping?

  As we arrange the shipping on behalf of our clients and we use regular shipping options but it is out of our control that the shipping will cause damage to the package or even lost. But we can arrange suitable shipping insurance for you. Usually, it would cost 1% of the order value with a minimum US$5 for shipping by Hong Kong post or US$100 and up for sea and air freight.

• What kinds of payment available?

  We accept payment using paypal, western union and T/T money transfer. If you make payment using T/T money transfer thought your banker, please use full payment option and keep in mind you have to pay the bankers fees for both ends. Usually, we do not accept DP or COD orders. We do accept Irrevocable L/C at sight for order value US$50,000 or more.

• Can I get refund after purchase?

  We accept refund of goods, but the cost of shipping and money transfer must be deducted from the total sum we received. And the refund must be done within 10 days after shipment is delivered. If damage is occur during shipping, we do not accept refund request but it should be covered by insurance if you arranged before shipping.

• Do we keep the stock and the production leading time?

  Usually, we have all items in stock so we can arrange shipping immediately upon receive of payment. If we do not have enough stock, it would be 1-2 weeks for the preparation.

• Can I get permission to resell your lenticular materials?

  Yes, we always looking for opportunities to expand the sales. You are welcomed to discuss and make offers to become distributor of our packages, trainings and materials. We are open for any terms and conditions discussion.
