Order - Information

We provide fastest online ordering of full range lenticular materials, supplements, tools, etc. We can arrange shipping worldwide and accept online credit-card payment (Paypal), Western Union payment, T/T payment and bank draft payment. Once we received your payment in FULL, we will arrange the delivery to shipping agent or post office within two working days. Ordering by Email or Fax

To Order, send us email sales@newsystems.com.hk OR fax to +852 30072435 OR using online ordering system.
1. Give us the details of your order and we will send you Proforma Invoice with varies shipping options.
2. Check the Proforma Invoice and arrange payment using one of the following payment option to confirm your order.
3. Once we received your payment, we will send you confirmation about the shipping.
4. Usually we will arrange your shipping within 2 working days if the goods are out of stock, it will probably take 5 working days.

Shipping Options

We can arrange varies shipping method according to the order quantity and your budget. For order 100Kg or below, it's the best to use Sea parcel, Air parcel, EMS speedpost, Aramex, Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. For order 100Kg or above, we can quote you sea freight / air freight. You are welcomed to provide your own forwarder agent and your account's details for freight collect shipment.

* We arrange shipping on behalf of buyer, we do not responsible for any damage, loss, delay in transportation or custom clearance.
* Sea parcel is not recommended since it may take more than 2 months and may cause damage to goods.

Insurance

We can arrange insurance on your shipment, the cost for sea / air parcel and EMS speedpost is US$5 per US$100 value of goods. And US$150 per shipment for sea / air freight with value of US$10000 or less. You are also welcomed to arrange insurance at your local insurance agent.

Payment

There are varies payment method you can use. But no matter which payment you use, please ensure that we can receive payment in full without deduction of charges. If we do not receive payment in FULL, we will postpone the delivery until the balance has been received.
